Free No Obligation Quotes

You can request a free no obligation quote. This quote will be active for 7 calendar days. After that, it will be voided. If you agree with the quote, you can confirm it by processing the payment while it is active. If you decide to accept the quote after it was voided, please contact us and we will reactivate it for another 7 calendar days. If you do not agree with the quote simply ignore it, it will be voided after 7 calendar days.

Translations Orders are Non-Refundable

When you place a certified translation order, we usually get started working on your documents right away. Therefore, translation orders are non-refundable. If you believe you placed an order in error and you need to cancel it, please contact us immediately. If we did not start working on it, we will gladly cancel it and refund it. If we already started working on the translation, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.

If you need to cancel a large project, involving multiple documents, please contact us immediately and we will cancel and refund the portion of the project in which we did not start working yet.

We will make all our efforts in processing cancellation request, but we are not able to guarantee any refund, either total or partial.

Request for Corrections and Changes

After we complete our certified translation order, we will send it to you by email for your review and approval. If you find any needed correction or change, simply reply to our email explaining all the necessary corrections. We will then make all the requested corrections and reply to your email with the corrected certified translation for your review and approval. Our top priority is that you are completely satisfied with our work. Therefore, you can requested corrections to our translations as many times as needed to make sure that your translation is “perfect”. There is no time limitation for changes or corrections requests. If you just realize about a needed adjustment one or two years after you placed the order, no problem, just contact us and we will process the adjustment right away and resend.

Requests to Resend Previously Ordered Translations or Additional Copies

We keep all our certified translation in our database. If anytime in the future you need us to resend your electronic certified translation, please contact us, we will look for it and send it to you right away by email, at no cost. If you need an extra hard copy certified translation, the cost is $10.00 for each certified translation copy, plus shipping costs if applicable.
