During these difficult times that affected every part of our life, including of course, all our economic activities, we wanted to assure all our customers nationwide that we are here, and that we will continue to be here, ready to help during this extraordinary period.
Our Quality Service Remains the Same
In order to help slow the spread of the virus, we had to temporarily close our business office in Pinecrest. Fortunately, technology allows us to replicate our operations remotely and maintain the same level of professionalism, accuracy, speed and convenience that our customers are so used to receiving from us.
Our Service is Compatible with “Stay Home” Guidelines for our Customers
Our service is perfectly compatible with the “stay home” guidelines for social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak. Through our website, you can request a free quote or even order your certified translations from the safety of your home. Once the translations are ready, we can send them to you by email (electronic certified translations) or by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx overnight, if you need the hard copies.
We also offer a very convenient “contactless curbside pickup” option from our remote location
You can also pick up your certified translations from our remote location. If you choose this option, we will provide you an address. Upon your arrival, you inform us via phone call or text message and a person duly equipped with Personal Protective Equipment will deliver an envelope with your certified translations right to your car.
